Peach and Basil Breakfast Quinoa


I'm a little late to the quinoa party, but lately I cannot get enough of it!  It's so simple to fix and super versatile.  For this recipe, just toss together a cut up peach with 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa.  Add in some chopped basil and a squeeze of lime juice to top it off.

    1. Oh good! Another favorite of mine is mixing it with halved grape tomatoes, avocados, and corn. Super yummy warm or cold!

  4. Well I'm going to be late right there with you with the whole quinoa thing! Ha! I've been wanting to try it for the longest and I've bought some the last time I went grocery shopping but I still haven't tried it out. I must do this asap.
