DIY Valentine Cards

Hello!  Are you getting excited for Valentine's day?  My husband and I have dinner reservations for the Friday after Valentine's day and I'm very excited :)  It's always fun to get a little dressed up for a night out!

If you need a little Valentine to send to your sweetheart, these simple cards are perfect!  To make your own, you will need:
  • Paint chips (grab a few at your local hardware store)
  • Die cut
  • Pen/pencil/marker for drawing on extra details
  • White glue
  • Card stock or other paper to make the cards (and scissors to cut your paper down to size if needed)
Simply punch out bunches of hearts and glue them onto your paper in whatever pattern you want!  Here's a few ideas:
Lots of Love: an ombre effect with tons of hearts
Simple and Sweet: four hearts that spell love

Bunches of Love: a monochromatic bouquet of love!
So easy!!  If you have extra hearts, you can use them as confetti tucked inside the card!

While I'm waiting for our Valentine plans, I think I'm going to have to indulge in some romantic comedies... Do you have a favorite?
